About us

Circle Construction is a construction consulting firm and a general contractor highly specialized in the retail and office sectors on a European level,
and in the HO.RE.CA. and Real Estate sectors on an Italian level.

We propose ourselves as a single point of contact for the management of the entire construction process.
The aim of the company is that of providing a turnkey service while creating a partnership with clients and suppliers, where everyone stands on the same level, in a “circle” in fact. Supplier, General Contractor, and Client will all share a single purpose, at the centre of the “circle”, which will be achieved by working together.

From budget management to site execution to final delivery, the common goal must be to optimize the process so as to establish the foundation for lasting partnerships that can lead to shared growth.

Circle Construction is a General Contractor specialized in the retail, office, HO.RE.CA, and Real Estate sectors operating on a European level.

We work with suppliers with decades of construction experience in Europe and have a network of professionals for architectural, mechanical and electrical design, as well as for Local Architect services.

We are committed to meeting every client need and believe in partnership, offering ongoing support during all project phases, from inception to execution and beyond, including planning for future openings.

Project Management

Circle Construction provides comprehensive consulting services for project planning and development, closely following the preliminary, execution and post-opening phases.

We assist clients in the study of preliminary Capex and the selection of the ideal location. In collaboration with architectural firms, we develop the specifications and manage the entire execution of the work, providing a full General Contractor service with our own teams or coordinating those of the client.

Our consultancy is comprehensive and 360-degree oriented, offering a wide range of qualified partners who support each phase of the project.

Installations

In an exclusive partnership with CD Removals, Circle Construction offers exclusive staging and disassembly services for a wide range of commercial environments, including stores, showrooms, hotels and boutiques, both in Italy and Europe.

Thanks to our large warehouses located in Milan (2000 sq.m. covered and 3000 sq.m. uncovered) and Rome (2000 sq.m. covered and 8000 sq.m. uncovered), we manage storage and logistics efficiently. Our large fleet of over 45 vehicles enables us to handle product distribution in a timely and reliable manner.

We also work with a network of partners providing warehousing and personnel throughout Europe, ensuring a comprehensive and flexible service on a continental scale.
